At MAEN Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece; therefore, we offer a 14-day return period for all watches in original, unworn condition with all protective films intact. Please note that return shipping costs and any associated import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all booklets, warranty cards, and accessories are included to avoid a restocking fee.
Ship the Item
Send the package using a trackable shipping service and provide us with the tracking number so we can monitor the progress of your return.
Inspection and Refund
Once our watchmakers verify the timepiece is in its original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
